Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Luna ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
Description of Service
Luna is an AI-powered companion application designed to provide conversational support during nighttime hours. Luna is not a medical device, therapy service, or mental health treatment. Luna is intended for general wellness and companionship purposes only.
User Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Luna. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.
Subscription & Billing
- Free Tier: 5 conversations per week at no cost
- Premium Subscription: $2.99/month with unlimited conversations
- Free Trial: 7-day free trial for new Premium subscribers
Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use Luna as a substitute for professional medical or mental health treatment
- Attempt to extract, reverse engineer, or compromise the AI system
- Share harmful, illegal, or abusive content
- Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws
Disclaimer of Warranties
Luna is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:
- The App will be available at all times
- AI responses will be accurate, complete, or appropriate for your situation
- The App will meet your specific needs or expectations
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to emotional distress, loss of data, or other intangible losses.

Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of Luna are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Luna at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of Luna after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
